Todd Lull, Connie Valenza, Mike Sherer, Suzanne Traxler, Larry Bierke, Bill Grutz, and Dan Dargel.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Call to order by Chair Traxler at 4:03 PM.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Meeting Minutes:\u00a0 <\/span>It was decided to approve the meeting minutes at the next meeting.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Approval of Bills:\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Motion was made by Grutz, seconded by Lull to approve the bill of $1,038 to Philadelphia Insurance.\u00a0 <\/span>Motion Carried.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Motion was made by Grutz, seconded by Lull to approve the bill of $901.25 for Ludovissy and Associates Insurance.\u00a0 <\/span>Motion carried.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

USIC Agreement for Locates and Diggers Hotline Agreement:\u00a0 <\/span>Grutz handed out the Diggers Hotline schedule for charges.\u00a0 <\/span>Dargel will create a map to provide to Diggers Hotline.\u00a0 <\/span>Motion to approve the Diggers Hotline Contract including the email feature at $1.74 each, and with lateral coverage by Lull.\u00a0 <\/span>Motion was seconded by Sherer.\u00a0 <\/span>Motion carried.\u00a0 <\/span>Chair Traxler signed triplicate copies.\u00a0 <\/span>Bierke will work with Dargel to get information form filled out.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Discussion of the USIC Agreement.\u00a0 <\/span>Bierke noted that he hadn\u2019t time to review the contract.\u00a0 <\/span>Sherer compared the contract to the Universities contract and will email out the differences.\u00a0 <\/span>It was decided that the group would review the Agreement and then do an email vote to determine if we move forward in two or three days.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

PCAN Membership Policy:\u00a0 <\/span>Bierke handed out the draft policy.\u00a0 <\/span>The Governance Committee reviewed and discussed it.\u00a0 <\/span>It was decided to table the policy until a future meeting.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Bierke will handout updated Bylaws at the next meeting.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

We have not heard from the IRS regarding our not-for-profit application.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Website:\u00a0 <\/span>Creating a PCAN website was discussed.\u00a0 <\/span>Grutz moved, Sherer seconded to approve Bierke purchasing a pcan.net or pcan.org domain and getting an estimate from Netux to create and host a 5 page website..<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Grutz provided Bierke with a copy of the Insurance policy on CD for the records.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Next Meeting Agenda:\u00a0 <\/span>Website, USIC Contract Update, and Diggers Hotline Contract Update.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
